SUMMARY:Teen Impact Fellowship
DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to launch a brand-new\, service-oriented progra
 m for teens! Jewish tradition commands us to pursue justice and engage in 
 tikkun olam (repairing the world). Join other B'nai Jehudah teens as we gi
 ve back to our Jewish community and those in need across the Greater Kansa
 s City area.\n\nThis program includes five hands-on service projects desig
 ned for all ages. Over our inaugural year\, participating families will vo
 lunteer with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’s Food Pantry\, Happy Bottoms
 \, Micah Ministries\, B’nai Jehudah Chesed Meals and our cemetery.\n\nTe
 ens who attend 4 out of 5 sessions and participate in the Teen Impact Fell
 owship Shabbat service have the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Parti
 cipation that they can include on their resume and college applications. A
 ll volunteer sessions will include (short!) engaging service learning disc
