Esti Shohat Rozenfeld is the Chief Executive Officer of Tech2Peace, an Israeli-Palestinian organization that brings together young adults from across divides for high-tech training, entrepreneurship, and dialogue. Under her leadership, Tech2Peace has expanded into a growing community of over 700 alumni working together across borders to promote innovation and understanding. Esti has more than 10 years of experience in civil society leadership and social innovation, advancing equality, education, and peacebuilding in Israel, and previously held senior roles in the tech ecosystem as a software engineer.
