Youth groups at B’nai Jehudah give our students the chance to come together throughout the year for learning, fun, community, service opportunities and social time, all in an effort to help participants build and strengthen lifelong friendships with each other and deepen their connection with Reform Judaism.
We offer three youth groups, divided by grade level:
- 2nd-3rd Grade
- 4th-5th Grade
- 6th-8th Grade
Each youth group follows its own schedule of monthly events. From stargazing and s’mores making under the stars in our Mitzvah Garden, to field trips to roller rinks and escape rooms, there is always something fun going on with our youth groups!
For more information about our youth groups, please contact Rabbi Brazner, or Education Director Dayna Gershon.
Overnight/Shul-Ins
We are excited to offer Shul-Ins (overnights) at B’nai Jehudah for our 4th-8th grade youth groups! We will host dinner, play games (Gaga and more!), enjoy dessert, other activities (including a movie on our big screens!) and then sleep in the social hall or chapel. Bond with your classmates, see what the building looks like after dark (flashlight tag anyone?!) and bring your sleeping bag!
